Our generation
If we stand up for truth in every area, excepting only the area that is pertinent in our time, we haven’t stood up at all.
There’s a truth in our generation. It’s staring us in the face. It’s OUR truth. It’s our very own, and we don’t see it. What’s amazing about this is, everybody is looking for truth. There are 9-11 Truthers. Obama birth certificate Truthers. Tax and Spend-is-stealing Truthers. Washington is evil Truthers. Killing people (even brown ones) is wrong Truthers. I listen to them all the time. They’re sincere. Maybe they’re right?
That’s not the issue, though. The issue is OUR truth. The thing we all know, yet refuse to acknowledge is: the world is broken. We all know this and it is our truth. Suicide attackers are nothing more than troubled people who know our truth. They don’t know what else to do! What can be done? This is terrible!
Our generation has been given more truth than only that, though, and this part is even worse. We all know something is going to happen.
What? What’s going to happen? We’ve broken our world. We only got one! We dump our refuse, physical and spiritual, all over each other! We control other people, personally and politically, because of wounds we’ve suffered. We use any means possible, even if it means we can’t look at ourselves in the mirror. That’s not OK.
Something’s coming. It’s going to be big. Political? Spiritual? Inter-galactic? Military? What about Ebola? Are we ready? My husband and I have wondered that for many years.
How do we know if we’re ready? The answer to that question requires more truth. We all know we need more. If we knew more stuff we’d be safer, right? Physically safer, economically safer, politically safer. But one concern is the most powerful. We all MUST be safer socially. Hell! Don’t let them talk about me!..
Truth is elusive. Truth is hidden in clouds and great darkness. But, truth is our only hope. We must have it, lest we perish.

The cost of freedom is sacrifice by way of the shedding of blood. There has never been a Democracy in history that has not committed suicide. After that, the people either remain serfs, or revolt en mass via a revolution. That’s how our Republic was born. Our forefathers were already serfs. They could hear the clanking of slave chains on the Kings ships in their harbors. They were peasants ruled by a God King born from generations of incest and inbreeding. This is the ideal by which suicide attackers justify their hatred toward us. They are ruled by King who rules in hell and a child-molesting prophet who is quite thirsty at the moment. The one thing they fear most is an America who awakens from her apathetic slumber. No force on earth can defeat an America that is awake.
We can go round and round about who started what conflict, but one cannot dispute that it is a battle of good vs. evil. Our constitution still has masters who are willing to uphold it in the face of any tyrannical ideal, whether foreign or domestic. Our last hope does not reside in a state militia organization. Our only hope is not an election of new leaders. If that were true, this would be paradise. No, our only hope is in the American individual who is awake. We alone are the checks and balances system. It wasn’t the militia who saved us from tyranny. It was the individual minuteman. It was the father farmer who heard the call and heeded it by grabbing his rifle and his son and headed toward the gun fire. This year, the gunfire is liberal rhetoric, empty Republican promises, and our musket is our verbal threats to those who we seek to elect, saying;
“We will NOT tolerate socialism. We will NOT tolerate compromise. This is your last warning. Freedom can’t take much more loss.”
Americans have always ran to the gun fire. It’s in our DNA. The forces against us are small but influencial. Notice I did not say powerful. Our foes’ only defense is just one more lie piled upon the rest. War is waged on an island of truths guarded by a sea of lies. The truth is there. I can see through the lies. The enemy has no defense now. Nothing matters but eyes that can see. This will kill apathy. Unless America awakes from her slumber and realizes just who the master and servants really are, we will be yet one more democracy in history who commits suicide. We are it! There are no others!
Well said, Linda and Tom M. History is not kind to a people going down the same road we are careening down. We, indeed, must wake the hell up. Ignorance that was exhibited 4 Nov 08 must never be repeated. We cannot afford that kind of a mistake again. We The People were deceived. We must not be again.
THE TRUTH
It makes no sense that gov’t promotes evolution when they don’t believe in it. Evolution supposedly requires a free market (the most able to adapt) to succeed. It requires the passing on of good genetics (procreation) to continue the species. Darwin would have classified Gays as genetically inferior. Also, any evolutionary theorist has yet to fulfill the following challenge; Provide one modern example of evolution at work? Point to one example of a species that we can look at and watch it morph into another species. Falling back on the missing link theory simply substantiates the truth that evolutionary theorists rely on the absence of absolutism. Anyone can make up anything as they go along to proliferate a theory. The only thing that evolves is the theory itself.
(I apologize to all the home school kids out there as they already know this. This will only take a moment).
There is only one example of absolutes and certainty. It is an example that does not need an explanation outside of It’s context to prove it. It is the only example in existence that is self sustaining. It is the only example that has historic facts that support It’s assertions. There are no missing links. Although there are mysteries contained in It’s text, they are immediately explained by their authors.
It’s the Bible. It should come as no shock that even Darwin saw God Himself in nature and was dumbfounded. He basked in Gods creation and claimed it for his own. He dreamed of one day man could create life. But the theory Itself was also flawed. That would require making your own dirt. It’s impossible of course because they don’t make it any more.
